1961 - Pal Waaktaar was born on this day. Guitarist, and primary songwriter, of the Norwegian pop band a-ha. He married the American filmmaker Lauren Savoy in 1991. Together with his wife, and drummer Frode Unneland, he also performs in the band Savoy.
